Cracking the Code of Being Hired.

In 2005 I wrote my first book about the Myth of how to get hired. Many think that the content is still relevant, and I’m not sure if that’s good or bad. 

Today I would say that cracking the code of being hired is no longer about building a CV; it’s about building your reputation, creating expectations, and earning trust. It’s a mindset and a commitment building on your performance to take you to a new professional level. You know that you’re doing excellent work when you have your reputation as your greatest asset. The thing is that you can’t manage it if you don’t know what it looks like.

Some exciting times ahead when successful companies will no longer be filled with people sending in their traditional resumés. Instead, they will be filled with individuals with an excellent reputation built on how they do things.

However, the knowledge of your reputation is not only an excellent marketing tool; it’s the ultimate tool for your professional growth since you will realise your true potential, making bolder decisions.
