Emails and Reputation.
I hear people who dislike emails. I’ve made a commitment to myself, my clients, people that I collaborate with or those who are just curious to answer their emails the very same day to give them my best advice possible. It sends a message how important I consider them to be and it’s one piece among many that build my reputation. Every single part counts and my reputation always starts with how I do things.
