Reputation Is All About Performance.
Your reputation is not primarily a communication issue. Instead, it means focusing on your performance giving it your absolute best. You don’t own your reputation; it’s in the eyes of the beholder but, you have all the power in the world to influence it. It’s natural but hugely important since reputation is what people expect you to accomplish next.
25 of my clients have chosen to do the reputation process a second time after 4-5 years to see what has happened. Everyone had improved their reputation significantly and what surprised me was that they all said that they hadn’t done anything that they were aware of. What happened was that they had integrated their unique qualities into their mind and body and just lived it.
That’s the real power of knowing your reputation.
