The Wrong Leader 82% Of The Time?

img_0008According to Entrepreneur, companies appoint the wrong person to a management or leadership position 82 percent of the time.

I don’t know if that figure is relevant everywhere but, one thing seems to be clear, going on in the traditional way, doing more of the same will not improve upon the results.

Working with reputation for key employees based on how their actions are perceived might be one more effective way.
