I Don’t Own My Reputation.
One thing that I had a hard time to accept at first was that I don’t own my reputation since it’s in the eye of the beholder. What I quickly realized was that I can influence it in major ways by my ambition to regularly rise the bar of my performance and business.
My reputation is the most important part that I bring from deal to deal, from project to project and how I act is always the multiplier. To have this in mind before important decisions or choices has helped me big time.
