Don’t Associate Risk With Failure.

file000876078381One thing that has been crucial to me as an entrepreneur is to give myself permission to screw up and also to stop associating risk with failure. We live in a time of exponential … everything … where action and execution is more important than ever.

At the same time, when we think about risks we normally think about failure, getting scared and want to get the hell out of there. Moving ahead and taking those calculated risks will instead prevent us from falling into the stagnation trap which will have a profound impact on our reputation.
