I Never Set Out To Look For My Passion.
One advise that we often get is to search for your passion. Steve Jobs talked about it in his wonderful speech at Berkley but he actually didn’t do it in that way himself. He became extremely interested in and brilliant in one area, where he also gradually grew into his passion.
To look for your passion is not always the best advice, since you might discover that you’re actually not very good at it and it might even affect your reputation in that way. When I decided to explore the area of Reputation and all the huge possibilities that I saw already back then. I never actually went out to look for my passion, but driven by my curiosity and a lot of hard work I gradually grew into it.
I’ve been on this road, together with my colleagues, ever since and it has been worth every second of it. I have met, and keep meeting, so many intriguing people who have been contributing with great ideas. It’s a huge privilege to be able to create, as it turns out, a unique concept that I with humility see is affecting the professional lives of many.
