What to expect from you as a consultant?
I had some interesting business meetings with consultants discussing what their clients can expect from them. I was surprised that they were very vague on this vital point, although this is what the clients are buying.
They had no problem telling me what great things they had done in the past but it´s the potential for the future that is crucial. Being aware of their perceived strengths of their reputation will put them in a new position where they can describe what the customers can expect from them in a new and attractive way.
